Dear Property Owners of the Town of Camden,
During the 2025–2026 assessment year, as in prior years, many properties have experienced assessment adjustments due to updates in property inventory and changes in the market. Our office is available to review and discuss any changes with you.
To schedule an appointment, please call 315-245-1610. We will also offer extended office hours on the following dates:
- May 11 and May 13 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- May 21 and May 26 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
We strongly encourage property owners to meet with our office prior to Grievance Night to review any concerns and, if necessary, complete the appropriate Complaint Forms.
Grievance hearings before the Board of Review will take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Camden Town Hall.
