The Town Supervisor is an elected individual who serves on the Town Board that oversees the running of a township. As part of the community's government, the Town Supervisor is responsible for setting and enacting policies and resolutions, levying taxes and setting budgets.
As our community's leader the Town Supervisor will carry out many primary duties and additional responsibilities such as; formulating town policies and supervising their enactment, develop and approve the town budget, hiring of municipal employees, respond to complaints of town residents and moderate township meetings.
