Please complete the above application when requesting a NEW parking permit only. A copy of your driver's license or photo I.D must be included prior to submitting. Completed application and attached documents can be mailed to: Town of Camden/Town Clerk, P.O. Box 265, Camden NY 13316 or you may drop off in person at the Town Hall, Tuesday's 8-4pm, Wednesday's 8-4pm and Thursday 8-1pm. If mailing in your completed form a parking tag will be mailed to you.
Renewals: You do not have to fill out a new permit application only mail the expired parking tag with a copy of your photo I.D. or driver's license at the address listed above. A new parking tag will be issued and mailed to you. You may also request a renewal in person during office hours listed above.
